I finally have two layouts to share with you today! They were both made with the Midnight Rooster May kit, Fairy Cottage. I really love this kit. It's filled with all kinds of pretty, fresh new product! Because of all the new product we got our kits a little later than usual, and I've been slowly finishing up my layouts. I'll have more to share soon!
The first layout I made is actually doing double duty for me this week! This is both a MR layout AND a layout for Scrap That Baby, where the May 15th prompt is "Baby's Day Out." Look for the rest of the layouts to be posted tomorrow!
I LOVE the new Studio Calico wood butterflies! I added some little pearls from my stash to finish them off.
My second layout uses like my most favoritest (yes I know that's not a word, but it conveys my feelings quite well!) paper ever! I love the woodgrain paper/doily from Crate Paper. It was hard to cut it up...but I managed! ;)

The little pink fabric flower is one of the many MR exclusives this month...
I used the word strip from the October Afternoon Miscellany pack on top of the ribbon...I like how it turned out! :)
And that's all for now! I was worried that it might be hard to get back into the scrapping since I hadn't really made anything from start to finish in about seven weeks! Maybe having a great kit to work with was the key...I whipped both of these up in record time, which is great since I'm usually a pretty slow scrapper! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend! :)
